Artist Terms and Conditions
By signing this agreement, you, on behalf of the artist and studio named, release Dino Tattoo Show LTD, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, or demands in law. This includes any claims arising from the tattooing procedure, damages, accidents, or thefts within your work area.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are covered by suitable insurance for the event. If you are traveling from overseas, you must have all relevant documentation to support your visit. You agree to provide current, valid copies of personal and studio licenses upon request.
By applying to Dino Tattoo Show 2026, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Dino Tattoo Show LTD and the venue.
You agree to follow the safety and hygiene procedures outlined below while working at Dino Tattoo Show 2026:
Verify all clients are over 18 years of age by checking their ID.
Provide a consent form to every client before beginning a tattoo.
Give all clients aftercare instructions and advice.
Wash your hands at the dedicated artist hand wash stations.
Wear disposable gloves and change them frequently throughout procedures.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times, covering all surfaces to prevent cross-contamination.
Clean your workstation between each client.
Dispose of needles and hazardous waste in the provided containers and bags.
Use only single-use and disposable equipment.
We do not provide any sterilization facilities.
Bring clearly marked and labeled sanitizing products with you. If you are using diluted solutions, they must be measured according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
If you are traveling from abroad and require specific products, please let us know in advance.
Booth Information
The artist booth fee is £450 INC VAT for the entire event. This fee includes an additional helper pass for the weekend.
Your booth includes:
Two power sockets per artist
A front display table
A hazardous waste bag and a sharps container including a solidifying powder
A general waste bag
Bottled water, cups, and kitchen roll
Please note: Booth space is only guaranteed upon full payment and is non-transferable.
Free reprographics and transfer services are provided.
Trade supplies will be available for purchase at the convention from various suppliers.
All booths are enclosed shell schemes with lighting and a fascia board.
Booths are 2m x 2m with a 30cm x 2m fascia board.
All artists must apply individually.
You are also required to licence with the local council RMBC. Each individual tattooist working at the convention would need to apply to be registered with RMBC to enable them to Tattoo in Rotherham (current fee – £37 per applicant.
This information will be in your acceptance email.
If you have previously worked in Rotherham or at Dino Tattoo Show, this will not apply.
Trader Terms
By applying to Dino Tattoo Show 2026, you agree to keep your booth area clean and tidy and work within your designated boundaries.
Please note:
Trade booths are not to be used for tattooing.
You are not permitted to sell any food, alcohol (unless permitted), or offensive weapons.
Trade booths are open shell schemes unless specified.All booths will have a minimum of two power sockets.
Standard booth sizes and prices:
2m x 2m: £250 + VAT
3m x 2m: £350 + VAT
4m x 2m: £450 + VAT
6m x 2m: £650 + VAT
If you require a different size booth, please email us directly. You will receive working passes for the weekend that correspond to your booth size.
